This infographic was designed to emphasise the exceptional nutritional value of hemp seeds. The chart visually represents the levels of polyunsaturated fatty acids and protein found in 100 grams of various nutritious foods, with a specific focus on hemp seeds. I worked with data in Excel and utilised Illustrator to create the layout.
